EMISSION OF FISCAL RECEIPTS: According to Romanian legislation, fiscal receipts are not generated for wire transfer or online donations. Individual donors can make their donations directly. Corporate donors will be requested to sign a sponsorship contract in order to validate their payment. All information will be provided in the confirmation email that will be sent to them after their donation.

According to the Romanian law and financial regulations:

  • In case of a corporate donor from Romania wish to support a transnational cause (but also in case of national donation):

In order to benefit in tax deductibility in Romania there need to exist a sponsorship contract between the corporate donor and OSCF as NGO, and in the same time as the national representative of TGE.

  • When OSCF make the transfer of the donation to the transnational Beneficiary:

OSCF need to have a contract which describe why we are doing this transfer to that Beneficiary.
